Bottled (as Dr. Gabs Tenebreuse, thanks Bov!). Deep brown colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, some hops and malts. Also some slight yeasty and sour hints. Flavour is mildly roasted maklts along with hops, yeast and some fruits. Rather sweet, but welldone brew.

re-rate, 06/2004: black coloured with a fine head and a nice lacing, roasted chocolatey aroma, oily and light- to medium-bodied, slightly sour, dry bitter and slightly coffeeish finish
12/2002 (5/3/5/3/10), 4.1% -dark brown colour, almost no foam, toasted, malt and coffee aroma, oily, light-bodied, neutral flavour with a dry roasted finish and a moderate bitterness
