La Houleuse est une bière blanche de froment aux céréales non-maltées. Sa douceur ainsi que l'arôme d'écorces d'orange amère et de coriandre rappellent son inspiration belge.

Bottled (as Dr Gabs Houleuse, 5.0%, thanks Bov!). Hazy yellowish orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast and cookies along with some sour/acidic notes. Flavour is fruity, malty, a bit vegetably and spicy. Also some slight yeastyness.

re-rate: 6/2004 - cloudy lactic colour with a very fine foam, coriander and orange aroma, some citrusy notes, medium-bodied, fresh and acidic, the finish is dry showing more coriander and wheaty notes - pleasant
12/2002 (5/4/5/3/11) - cloudy orange colour, fine head, light corn aroma, malty, touch of spices, smooth, full-bodied some acidity, long earthy and malty finish
