This is a mellow ligh bodied lager. Pale and clear, this lager has a very strong honey and yeast flavor. I think Singlemalter liked it better than I did. For some reason, I dont really appreciate the taste of honey in beer. I like the yeasty flavor, but would have preferred it to be balanced with more hops. i think for its' type, it was a good beer.

One of 9 Delafield brews sampled recently with HeddyMuggz at the brewhaus. A very light, pale yellow pour with a thin white head and moderate lacing. Aroma and flavor is honied and nicely balanced. A refreshing light lager, if a bit thin in the mouth.
