This is the heaviest and darkest of all our beers. It is conditioned with nitrogen, which creates a very smooth and creamy drinking ale. The flavor profile of this ale is dark and roasty with even more pronounced chocolate and coffee undertones. It has a slightly sweet profile yet balances nicely with the bittering hops. It is exceptional served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Like a rich red wine, it goes nicely with pastas and steaks.
