    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a snifter an unfiltered and cloudy orange-amber coloured B L with a two fingers creamy, fine and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, hay and a fruity side, oranges. The flavour is grainy malts, straw, acidic fruits, citrus, oranges and ended with a powerful bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, round and bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied B A has a dry and heavy bitter finish. Easy drinkable, tasteful, a pleasant Blonde Ale from a young brewery located at Paris' doors, in Montreuil.
