Roasty, brown toast smells. Wet mouth feel, some heavy bread type yeast smell. Oatmeal and trail mix without fruit. Touch of coffee and chocolate. Everything the best stouts should be. Traces of brown sugar, quality vanilla. Really smooth. Probably the best beer this brewery has released. Not "stiff" in any way that I can put a finger on, as it certainly not alcoholic and its not dry and its not bitter... So you figure that out.
