Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Deep reddish amber colour, not much head. Very lively when opening the bottle so beware... Aroma is caramel malts, burnt sugar, some yeast, mild roast and dark dry fruits. Flavour is rye, sweet dark fruits along with some burnt sugar and also sour wooden notes.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with some notes of light spices. Taste is also dominated by some creamy Belgian malt with some candi sugar and some dry fruits components. Good full body with some limited filtration and some good carbonation. I really appreciated the toffee and caramel notes that were easily discernable.

pours out in a hazy amber body. Low sticky white head. Surprisngly dry and hoppy aroma of yeast, nuts, wet wood, cocoa-powder, minerals and grassy hops. Dryish and aromatic flavour of orange-peels, wet grass, nuts and coffee. Dryish finish of yeast, orange-peels and minerals. Has a farmhouse character. Tasty!
