180 ml bottle with green waxed top, kindly shared by my beerpal Ivar. ABV is 12%. Pitch black colour, no head, minimal carbonation. Lovely complex aroma, oak, roasted malts, molasses, bourbon and coffee, a touch of fusel alcohols keeps me from giving it a full score. Warming mouthfeel. Oaky flavour with roasty, bourbon and vinous notes, complex and excellent.

Had on draft at the eagles nest, Amsterdam .. . strong dark flavours .. . cherry skin, tar, scalding dark coffee and bourbon .. . huge but no alcohol detected, just big in flavour .. . look out, this beer could be huge .. . solid .. happy to have gotten to try it .. . look out guys, its the jitterbug ..

Pours out a completely black colour. Small pale brown bubbles on the surface. Rich and deep aroma of wood, salt, coconut, mild vanilla, white pepper, black chocolate and almonds. Full-bodied with rich concentrated notes of wood, roasted malts, black chocolate, roasted almonds black pepper and mild vanilla. Smooth chewy mouthfeel. Long concentrated finish of oak, vanilla, black chocolate, salt and bourbon. Another masterpiece from de Molen.
