330 ml capped bottle, as a De Molen Pilz, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original De Molen glass a highly gushing unfiltered and cloudy pale amber coloured beer with a generous one finger slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. Many floating sediments. The aroma is grainy malts, floral and a touch of aromatic hops. The flavour is grainy malts, yeast, aciditic fruits, apricots, citrus, grapefruits, floral and more pronounced aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, creamy and thick. This light to medium bodied beer has a long aciditic fruity and bitter finish. More as pleasant, a good beer, but certainly not a Bohemian Pilsener, more a Kellerbier.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, spices, yeast and some fruityness. Flavour is hops, fruits, caramel, grass, yeast and mild notes of herbs. A pleasant and wellbalanced brew.

Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a lasting fluffy white foam. Dryish and crisp aroma of grass and white bread with touches of biscuits and glue. Light-bodied with crisp notes of grass, bread, mild pepper and glue. Medium-bitter finish of hay, white bread and wetgrass.
