Wipers Times 16 is the newest member of Brewery Kazematten. It's a spicy, remarkably fresh beer brewed with elderflower and elderberry and subtly finished with some spices. Neither sweet nor sour; dry, with some fruit tannins, floral notes and secret spices opening as it warms.

Taps barely translucent reddish honey-golden with a very thick and fine-bubbled pale buff head. Aroma delivers berry, fresh malt, and woody hop notes. Flavor features strawberry, malty and hoppy tones, quite tasty. Mouthfeel offers firm body and lively fizz. Strawberry Letter 16.
