Bottled. Rubyish brown colour with big fluffy beige head. Aroma is nutty, mild fruityness, herbal and also some slight rubbery/metallic notes lurking in the background. Flavour is red berries, some malts, yeastyness and mild spicyness. As it gets warmer it gets some mild roasted notes as well as some mild alcohol.

330 ml stubby bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. BB 0608. ABV is 6.5%. Refermented in the bottle. Copper coloured beer (clear first, cloudy when the yeast is poured in the end), large tan head with an orangey hue. Very nice aroma of spices, candi sugar, yeast and raisins. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is moderately spicy with some caramel and toffee, lacks hops. The finish is kind of "empty", relatively light bodied for its strength. Still a nice and drinkable dubbel, but could have been better.

Clear amber with a sissapearing white head. Yeasty aroma with notes of almond, hay and cocoa-powder. Malty flavour of light chocolate, nuts, anise with hoppy undertones of hay. yeasty finish of almond paste, nuts and chocolate with a metallic undertone.
