Light champagne yellow pour, very effervescent, no head nor lacing. Light tart apple aroma with white grapes, very slight honey, touch of apple cider vinegar. Taste mimics the aroma with fresh cut green and yellow apples, light grapes, touch of honey, slightly tart, and VERY dry. Very dry. Very dry. Still refreshing; like drinking apple champagne.

scissor me timbers! .. . fresh cut yellow apple .. quite a dry cider! .. . apple and white grapes .. . a nice fizzy cider .. . easy to put down like small annoying dogs.. . you have to be careful with scissors..
