A déguster dès mars 2010, la Juanita est enfin arrivée! Jolie blonde bien dorée (et très souriante!), elle a un goût subtil, fruité et une légère amertume en fin de bouche...

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle. Poured a gushing and unfiltered opaque amber coloured Ale with a generous two fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, fruity, fresh bananas, earthy hops. The flavour is grainy sweety malts, biscuits, fruity, fresh bananas and a pleasant herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is fulled, a bit oily and nice bitter. This medium bodied Ale has a dry hoppy bitter finish. An other charming brew from this tiny farm-brewery in Picardie.
