    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and opaque amber coloured Blonde Ale with a generous three fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Many fine floating sediments. Good lacing. The aroma is herbal hops and an unexpected quite unpleasant sourness. The flavour is grainy malts, some spice, pepper, pronounced herbal notes and a solid herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is round and grainy. This medium bodied Blonde Ale has a dry malty and bitter finish. An easy drinkable Blonde Ale from the Somme Valley in Picardie.
