Golden yellow light, thin foam, that diseaper quickly, tangy and spicy fragrance green palate is spicy and slightly bitter, it's pretty nice in the mouth.

750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and opaque straw-yellow coloured Begian Ale with a good two fingers slightly beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Sustained carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety malts, tropical fruits, a touch of sourness and aromatic hops. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, yeasty, a light spicy note, pepper and herbal and aromatic hops. The mouthfeel is crispy and very smooth with an always deeper hoppy bitterness. This medium bodied Belgian Ale has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. Francois Mahé, the brewer, is using hops, so the beerlabel, from the French Flandres. I think it could be also some hops from USA. Anyway a rich and good tasting Belgian Ale from a tiny brewery from Picardie.
