    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Sampled on 9/27/2012. This Berliner Weisse pours a hazy light yellow orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Large sized white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is cereal, citrus, and yeast, with a touch of tartness and funk. A medium bodied Berliner Weisse. The malts are wheaty and sweet. The hops are citrusy. Lively carbonation. A lightly tart and slightly funky Berliner Weisse. Nice citrus and lemon flavors with a touch of quickly fading sweetness at the finish. Light and refreshing tasting. A nice session sour. Lots of flavor for the lower alcohol content. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

    Aroma: 5 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

22oz bottle. Pours a clear (with hazy second pour) straw yellow with a fizzy white head that quickly diminishes to a thin film and then disappears.

The aroma is musty hay and some dry fruity sourness.

The flavor is wheaty malts with some sweet sugary fruits (apple and lemon), some champagne notes and a lot of tart sourness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with some spritzy carbonation.

Overall, a nice light sour. I liked this better on tap.
