Cowbell Rosé Cider is dry, crisp and refreshing. Crafted in small batches from a custom blend of specially selected fresh-pressed Ontario apples, fermented with French Saison yeast to contribute delicate fruit and wine notes. Steeped on hibiscus petals to impart subtle floral notes and pink tones to shine beautifully in your glass. Cowbell Rosé Cider shows off bright and fruity aromas, with a tart, dry start on the palate. Pours a clean, very light peach colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly. Freshly crushed apples, mild with no sweetness. Fruity taste, but again, not really sweet - or at least not sweetened. A fairly dry cider with hints of hibiscus, and the Saison yeast that lingers a little afterward. Beautiful tiny bubble carbonation found in sparkling wines. A very drinkable cider, that you could have a few of.
