750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Coreff old half nonick pint a clear dark amber-chesnut coloured ale with a two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, notes of fruits, floral hops. The flavour is sweet toasted malts, flowery, violet, floral hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, a bit prickly and round. This light to medium bodied ale has a nice hoppy bitter finish. A very pleasant ale from a mythic french brewer.
