Pours out in a hazy dark reddish brown colour with a with a low creamy tan-coloured head. Dryish aroma of toasted malts, dark chocolate, nutmeg, mint and coriander with touches of grassy hops. Toasted malts, caramel, figs and darj chocolate in the flavour with notes of coriander and nutmeg. Dryish medium-bitter finish of toasted malts, yeast, nutmeg and juniper.

Bottle. Poured a hazy ruby brown colored ale with a huge beige creamy foamy head that had a great retention. Nice lacing. The aroma is dark fruits, gingerbread, licorice. The flavour is ripe fruits, plums, raisins, licorice, caramel and spicy. The palate is round and fine. The finish of this medium bodied ale is a lingering sweety fruits and spicy impression. A very tasty and drinkable ale.

A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of nuts, brown sugar, and citrus fruits, as well as light notes of vegetables. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices and nuts, as well as lesser notes of fruit, malt of a roasted character, which makes the end a bit dry, yet combined with a sweetness, that lingers.

Bottled. Dark brownish amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma of vegetables, plum and some spices. Creamy palate, with flavour of weak plum, malts and hops. Breadish. Not much aftertaste to talk about.
