Bottle refermentation. A hazy golden amber colored beer with a midle sized foam that quickly decreased. A buttery malt aroma with hints of sourness and sweetness ( ! ). The mouthfeel is a hoppy palate with a grassy and lightly roasty sweetness. A light to medium bodied beer. The finish is malty and bitter. An enjoyable drink

Pours out in a hazy pale orange colour with a rich and dense white foam. Fresh fruity and yeasty aroma of dried oranges, apricots, cheese, mild cardamom and dough. Medium-bodied with notes of cheesy yeast, dried oranges, all-spice, mild pepper and dried apricots. Rounded mouthfeel. Long semi-dry finish of yeast, spices, orange-peels and pepper.

Hazy orange colour, big foamy head. Aroma is flowery and hoppy with hints of fruits. Flavour is fruity with some nutty hints. Also hops is present. Wellbalanced and ok. Aftertaste fruity and yeasty.
