Connecticut casual is a combination of our ultra soft water with floor molted Bohemian pilsner malt that we then layer with the subtle notes provided by Czech Saaz, Hallertau, and Mandarina Bavaria, and Huell Melon hops. This crispy Brew is the perfect Fourth of July companion the pairs well with barbecues fireworks and freedom.

Nice pils nose, grassy meadow with some violet and lemon and hints of ground white peppercorn. Crystal clear light gold body topped with a big head with retention and some foamy lace. Medium bodied slightly slick, slightly creamy. Flavor follows the nose crisp with slight sugar cookie and a bit of tartness on the finish which is long, drying, and clean.
