Our latest offering is a small batch Ginger beer. Freshly cut ginger is added to the boil and during the fermentation. Subtle Saaz hops are used to highlight the ginger. This beer is light and refreshing; a real ginger ale. It soothes and relaxes while the ginger tingles your palette. Like all of our small batches, there is not much of this beer to go around.
