Pours black with a large dark tan head which fades very quicklyd leaving some lace. The aroma is earthy, espresso, dark chocolate. The taste is raw coffee beans, dark chocolate, nice subtle hops, some pepper. Texture is smooth, not very thick. The mouthfeel is full bodied, thich with limited carbonation. Overall this is a coffee lovers stout, and since I hate coffee not a beer for me.
