Pours a clear, pale straw. White light head which sinks. Passionfruit, "cat piss" nose.... (Cascade hop) Flavours of passionfruit again, lychee, seedy/grainy/malty..crisp bread flavour. Very light mouthfeel.... kind of like drinking Sauvignon Blanc. The crispbread maltiness is similar to German Kolschs I've tried. The Cascade is a differentiating factor, however, but not unwelcome. An interesting & tasty combination.

really light, but fruity and juicy, hopped with local hops i think. delicious off the tap at the brewery.
