Cloudy orange colour, looking like mango juice without the purée part. Beautiful big creamy head with a warm-yellowish colour that stays quite long and leaves some streak of lacing. More of the tangerine citrus bite in the nose, adding some bitterness over the sourness. Nice fruitiness with the mango blending things. The sour side comes out a little more in the flavours, but not overly like some sours. Still, a fruity base and a slightly short finish, with tart lingering. Does not feel like 6% ABV.

The beer pours a hazy orange crush like appearance with a huge short-lived pillowy white head. The aroma is grainy malt (I think I detect wheat), orange, tangerine, and lots of yeast. It smells like my old graduate lab bench in many ways. I might have been on to something 30 years ago and didn’t realize it. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour is tart oranges and yeast. It was canned 5 months ago today so that may have taken out whatever sweet flavours there might have been – but it is Collective Arts, so who knows? -

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a massive frothy off-white head that dissipates to a bubbly coating and has weak lacing as a result. Appearance is cloudy and a slightly murky orangey colour. Some sediment is still visible. Excessive carbonation. Good retention. Aromas of tropical fruits from mangos, some tangerines and orangey notes. Flavours are mostly tarty citrus notes, lots of the tangerines, some mandarin and orange similarly. Quite a lot of sourness on the palate but not too overpowering.
