Our latest variant on Jam Up The Mash is a tropical-fruit explosion of juicy tangerine and pineapple. This intense fruit combo pairs perfectly with our generous use of Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Citra hops resulting in a juicy, sour, and refreshing brew.

The beer pours a solid yellow-gold colour with a thin white bubbly cap. The aroma is grass, light citrus, and earthy hops. I can smell no pineapple. The mouthfeel is light bodied, very puckering, and carbonation is average. The flavour is a nice balance between tart tangerine, and sweet-ish pineapple notes. More tart than bitter.

Lightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly-soapy head, leaving quick enough and with no lacing. Fermented lemon sourness in the nose with the two fruits in the background. The pineapple is felt a little in the taste, adding its fruity sweetness, but the sourness is still overpowering and the tangerine citrus blends into the lemony action. It's alright.
