Fruity and spicy with a nice Belgian yeast zing. With 40% wheat, it's like a Witte meets a BPA meets a saison. Highly Hopped to boot! Incredibly refreshing and drinkable. Ingredients: Pilsner*, Wheat* and Carapils* malts. Czech Saaz hops. 5.7% abv.

On tap @ The Lodge in Hilton Head. Another beer in the proper glassware - a snifter. Slight cloudy light orange amber with a tight white head that is sustained and tons of lacing. Belgian yeasts in the aroma with a pepper zest, slight ripe fruit, very slight banana, bit of bubble gum then the floral hops nose arrives. Taste is somewhat like a slightly lighter version of Flying Dog's Raging Bitch with a nice Belgian yeast and fruitiness followed by a very distinct hops bitterness that is lingers along with a slight sweet and funk. Another very good beer from COAST. Kudos! Wish I had more...
