A traditional farmstead product, made with the blend of sweet, tart and bitter apples. It is in the marriage of these different varietes, that the "Savoir Faire" of the hard-cider maker is expressed in creating the finest taste. Awarded for product excellence every year since 2002 at the Paris Agricultural department.

Beautiful light blood red in color. A sudsy white cap rises briefly above but leaves behind a clingy film and thin ringlet. In appearance this one starts out well. A blending of apples in the aroma and tasting profile gives a brillant balance of tart and sweetness. Nice, full, creamy body you don't see in other ciders. Very GOOD!
