A subtle sweetness from a pilsner base malt allows the Abbey yeast to shine. Fruity aromas of orange and pear plus a light, peppery spiciness are abundant. The dry hopping of Amarillo and Citra give this brew floral and citrus characteristics.

Fairly clean (gets hazy at last pour), medium-golden with mild carbonation, with a frothy white cap, good stay and lots of lacing. Belgian spicy yeast aromas with nice herbal-hop notes, hints of citrus and some wheat-banana touch that comes out eventually. The flavours are a blend of light grassy-citrusy hops, with the Belgian yeast adding nice spiciness, a mineral water touch and a tad bananas. A pretty nice brew with a mix of Belgian Blonde and Saison.
