Our first lager to be brewed in East Hamilton at 398 Nash Rd. is a crisp and clean German style pilsner. Brewed with traditional German malts and hops it has a spicy noble hop finish and moderate sulfate bitterness that’s sure to please the most experienced craft beer drinkers to those looking for a lighter beer that still has big flavour and character.

Clean golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and some nice sticky lacing. Spicy malt Pilsner aromas with cereal notes and a tad apples. The mouthfeel is nicely drying, more and more. Milder spicy and cereal malts, but all quite good. A pretty good German-style Pilsner with a nice balance of spiciness and maltiness.
