Blonde. High fermentation. Grado Plato 18. Blonde-bodied, full and elegant. Moderately hoppy, fruity, with a long and fascinating: the addition of lime in bottilura makes leaving a little citrus, pear, sweet and very drinkable despite the alcohol content. Available in keg and bottle 0.75 l.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy golden-orange coloured Tripel with a short two fingers slightly beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Somme floating sediments. The aroma is sweety malts, yeast, fruity, citrus and floral hops. The flavour is sweety malts, yeast, intense fruity, citrus, apples, pears, spicy, with a peppery touch and star aniseed. The mouthfeel is clean, sparkling and quite thick. This medium bodied Tripel has a long malty and fruity finish and a well-known warming effect. The peppery touch on the the palate turned into a lingering and awsome peppery power in an infinite aftertaste. Another impressive Ale from Birrificio CitaBiunda.
