Rated in Nov. 2011. Tasted at the Black Friday tasting and generously supplied be Dak. It pours murky opaque grapefruit juice mixed with strawberry enhanced lemon aid with almost no head. The aroma is rich and smooth yumminess derived from a pleasing strawberry note and thin rings of musty moldy earthy fruitiness. The taste has a pleasing tart earthy fruity freshness that works wonderfully with notes of strawberry, smooth yeastiness, rich earthy vegetable notes and a little bit of smooth sweet malts. Darn tasty and another great creation.
