Bottle bought directly at the Bilodeau verger. Semi chilled poured in port glasses. Cider has bright yellow color and no bubble. Aroma is a mix between semi-sweet apples with a subtle note of maple syrup. Taste is quite refreshing with the apple bringing the desired sweetness to balance the alcohol (which is almost undetectable in aroma and taste) and the maple syrup. I am by no mean a connoisseur of specialty cider but I very much enjoyed this one.
