A two-fold experiment: a blend of two separate beers of different recipes. The first beer is a blonde, brewed with domestic 2-row and a small percentage of Belgian caramel malts and cascade hops. The second beer is an amber of sorts, brewed almost entirely with malt imported from Wyeremann, Meussdoerffer and Dingemans, hopped with German Perle. Both beers were fermented with our house wit beer yeast and bottle conditioned. Pour carefully for clarity any enjoy our Brewmasters Signature Series beer #3.

A very interesting and intriguing brew.. pours a medium brown, light but firm foam .. if intentional, has a wonderful slight tartness to it, almost like cherry skins .. light chocolate as well.. . would love to try fresh on tap to get the whole story .. . all i need is 3 buckets extra crispy and 4 gravy packets...

Pours opaque amber with small, lasting head. Aroma balances malty sweetness against sour and vinous topnotes. Sourness plays a central role in the flavor as well. I didn't notice much malt or grain-richness in the profile, which would have rounded out the beer's flavor nicely. Still a great sample. Medium bodied and very lightly carbonated. A fine experiment; interesting through and through.

Sampled from bottle. This unique beer pours cloudy copper-amber with a thin white head. Nice lacing. Its aroma is bright and a tad sour. Lots of Belgian yeast influence. Medium-bodied and dry. A bit tart - not like a lambic, but may be similar to some Belgian reds. Sublte spices and caramel present. Mild acidic finish. A fun & interesting beer.
