Whispering Wit is brewed within the Traditional Belgian Wit Guild lines. We use an authentic Wit yeast, maintain a 50% Pilsner and 50% wheat malt base, and hop with German noble hops. We add tangerine zest, coriander and chamomile to the end of the boil. Expect delicate flavors of citrus and spice with a slight green apple and pear finish. This brew is highly aromatic and zesty. A true Hoegaarden representation!

Pours luscious clear golden with a fairly thick eggshell head. Malty aroma has fruity and wheat notes plus an undertone of coriander. Crisp flavor delights with wheaty, coriander, pear and malty tones for a palate-pleasing chord. Firm texture has a subtle but lasting tingle. Get wit-ty!
