Oops, we did it again. Took our Berliner and crossed it with our Shake Style IPA. Using lactobacillus to drop the pH in the boil kettle to make the beer pleasantly tart, we then added loads of strawberry puree after fermentation and then dry hopped with Citrus, Mosaic and Pekko hops and ample amounts of vanilla bean. Lactose was added to give this beer a rich, smooth body and soft texture.

Pours translucent peach with an OK eggshell head. Aroma offers sweet fruit and malt notes. Flavor yields fruity - strawberry, apple, peach - tones plus fresh malt character. Texture presents good body and lively fizz. Drink up this berry good Berliner!
