Cherry Street Brewing Cooperative was founded as a homebrew club in 2006 honoring Cooperative Ideals: Sustainability, Education, and Community. As we have moved into legal brewing, this beer was brewed to celebrate 10 Years of Cherry Street Brewing. We aged the German-style Doppelbock aged in a Ridgemont Single Select Bourbon for 13 months. Prost!

Pours clear brown with a fair buff head. Aroma generates spices, toasty malt, a caramel hint. Flavor gives roasty malt, caramel, spices. Texture furnishes nice body & peppy fizz. Doppel your co-op, doppel your beer.
