On tap at Taco Mamacita, literally within walking distance of the brewery. I’m not sure this was a good idea. This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma is that green Tobasco sauce stuff and some corn. The flavor was not hot despite the name but had an overwhelming chili pepper flavor to it. Some corn and herbal flavors also present. Overall I am not against the use of chipolte or other hot peppers in beer but they simply overwhelm lighter lagers and should not be used IMO.
