Kolsch-style ale from this upstart brewery. Nice clear yellow pour with bubbly head and some lacing. Zesty aromas of slightly sweet malts, some lemons and citrus, clean light hops. Taste is very refreshing and clean with some citrus hops, a touch of black pepper, plenty of malts, clean finish. Nice summer beer.
