330 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Northmaen noninck half-pint a late gushing and unfiltered slight hazy mid-brown coloured Ale with a generous one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. A lot of big floating sediments. The aroma is light roasted malts, caramel and herbal notes, spicy, licorice and some hay. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel, strong herbal notes and fruity, apples, citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and a bit like a medicine. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry malty and herbal bitter finish. An easy drinkable Spring Ale from the green Normandie.
