750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Northmaen glass an unfiltered cloudy orange-brown coloured Ale with a generous three fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, floral hops, juicy fruits, oranges, grapefruits, apples and a touch of hay. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, fruity, sour grainy apples, herbs, spicy, coriander, pepper, orange peels. The mouthfeel is round. This medium bodied Ale has a dry fruity finish. A nice Christmas gift from Normandy.
