750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery.Poured in the original La Chapelle tulip pint an extremely hazy golden-horange coloured Ale with a two fingers slight beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sourish fruits, apples, herbs and pronounced honey tones. The flavour is like an unpleasant medicine with sweety honey notes. The mouthfeel is fizzy and sparkling. This light to medium bodied Ale has a dry artificial bitter finish. No really, this new-comer in the La Chapelle range is not a success.
