Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
330 ml bottle, best drink before 10/2019, lot 5 with the 750 ml lebel put up on the 330 ml bottle! Poured in the original Northmaen half Nonick pint a hazy unfiltered copper-brown colored ale with half a finger slightly beige foamy head that had a quite short retention. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeast, aciditic fruits, apples, citrus. The flavour is grainy malts, spicy, coriander, citrussy hops and a heavy bitter sourness. The mouthfeel is crispy, round and sour. This light bodied ale has a long sourish fruity finish. An original rural farm ale from Normandy. Rare and .. I like it.
