Today we're releasing "Greend'Ale Evergreen Ale" with Spruce Tip Hops! Our friends at Chilliwack Hop Farms were experimenting with blending whole hops and fresh spruce tips in their pelletizer, and were gracious enough to supply us with a sample! This hoppy pale ale has spruce tip hops in the first wort, in the boil, and in two rounds of dry hopping. The essence of the forests that surround Chilliwack abound in this one-off creation! Available in the tasting room only, starting today - you must try this while it lasts!
