750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Chant du Loup vase a gushing, hazy and golden-orange coloured BdG with a generous two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Some sediments in a fine powder form. The aroma is moderate malty, flowery tones and pronounced grassy hops. The flavour is moderate malty, fruity notes, citrus, apples and pronounced grassy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, round and bitter. This medium bodied BdG has a dry hoppy bitter finish. The name of this BdG, brewed by Patrick Expert, is not well choosen and really misleading. Louve Blanche is never a Weizenbier or even a Witbier.
