House beer is a rustic blonde ale brewed in the style of French and Belgian style table beers. This beer has lots of flavor packed into a low ABV. Spicy rye notes play with the yeast character from this 100% Brett fermented beer. The hops for this beer will slowly evolve over time ensuring each batch allows something new to be discovered while still retaining common threads.

Thanks to M. for bringing this back from the States. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a white cap, fizzing away fast enough. Aromas of Belgian Ale yeast, grassy hops, Brett sourness and apples. This fruit is also in the taste blended with the yeast. Grassy notes in the aftertaste. The sourness is also present. A nice mix of different styles that do well for a 4% ABV. beer.
