Brewed by Christianssands Bryggeri, Kristiansand, Norway, now part of the Hansa Borg group. 1.25 liter PET bottles only. Deep, reddish dark brown colour, distinct rich malty flavour, medium bitterness. A little greater share of dark malts and caramel malts than in CB Pilsener, and carefully selected hops make this beer just as powerful as it should be.

Amber colour, not much head. Aroma sweet dark fruits along with some alcohol and malts. Flavour is malty, sugary and slightly fruity and caramellish. Pleasantly good.

Reddish brown beer with a good head. Weak aroma. This is supposed to be some kind of Munich Dunkel, but isn't nearly as good as the best Dunkels ("Bayer" in Norway). Pils + colour is not enough to make a good Dunkel, a decent amount of malts is needed too! Thin and watery mouthfeel like most CB beers. Still, there's more flavour in this one than in CB's bland pilseners. Not as sweet as I expected, at least you can taste the hops. Drinkable, but not much more.
