Don't be fooled! There is no actual chocolate in this stout! The chocolate malt makes you believe there is real chocolate. This stout is quite amazing in itself, if you buy it young you will definitely get the chocolate undertone, if you buy it later you will get the roasted almost coffee like undertones. Many people who are scared about trying a stout say it's good after trying this one. One thing though, if you don't like dark chocolate and/or coffee pass it down to someone who does. We also suggest you make a float with this beer! You heard us, pour a glass and drop a ball of vanilla ice cream for a supreme delight! Inspired by the book How to Brew, I modified it slightly and added more roasted flavor for a real taste buds pleasure. This stout even change the mind of many who said they would never drink dark beers, especially those you don't see the light through!
