Pours a deep amber, good head that dies down to a good headring, lacing is spotty, like poppins the dog .. . oak, funk, fruit skins- a nice sour ale .. .

How much cheese have you eaten today?

--How much cheese is too much cheese?

Any amount of cheese before a date is too much cheese!

--I had a lot of cheese, I had a block of cheese.

You had a block of cheese?

--I got really, really nervous I just started eating cheese

    Does that calm you down?

Sampled on 4/9/2010. This sour ale pours deep red color from a corked and caged 750ml bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, woody, funky and tart, with a hint of oak. A medium bodied sour ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, tart and funky. The hops are earthy. Nice carbonation. Touch of oak and funk. Nicely balanced. Not a huge over the top sour, but very nice. Nice soft carbonation. Very nice American Sour. It has that feel of a Blend Belgian Lambic. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly tart.
