Green bottle pours with a clear pure gold colored body that supports a lasting near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a fairly inviting spicy hoppiness edged in hop dankiness. The taste delivers modest spicy hops, a dash of biscuit malts and then too much sweetness....but not overly sweet.

Bottle, bought in Denmark. Golden pils, moderate head. Good Saaz aroma. Light bodied, but decent bitterness in the aftertaste. An ABV of 5% would be more appropriate. The Czechs do it better, but all in all this is not a bad try of Carlsberg. A beer for the summer days.
